Sell Made Simple was started many years ago from a small flame of passion in real estate that grew into an even larger desire to meet the needs of sellers. The name came later as one of the founders, Chris O’Malley, drew on his vast experience in the real estate field as a Realtor for Better Homes and Gardens NAGR.

Chris O’Malley began his real estate career right after graduating from Atlantic Shores Christian School. At this time, he began buying and renovating distressed properties. This successful venture is what created a passion for real estate.
Four years later, he became a Realtor for Better Homes and Gardens NAGR and found his passion for helping sellers. His first year of real estate, Chris received a national recognition as “Rookie of the Year” and was flown to Coronado, California to receive this prestigious award.
A few years later, Chris decided to become a Class A Contractor to better understand the potential repairs needed in a home, once again setting himself apart from other Realtors, and allowing him to better serve his clients needs. With the 2020 pandemic, Chris found a niche that was needed to be met in our market. Thus, creating Sell Made Simple. By giving sellers a choice to receive a Sell Simple offer, Chris is better able to service the needs of all his clients.
