Chris O’Malley began his real estate career right after graduating from Atlantic Shores Christian School. At this time, he began buying and renovating distressed properties. This successful venture is what created a passion for real estate.

Four years later, he became a Realtor for Better Homes and Gardens NAGR and found his passion for helping sellers. His first year of real estate, Chris received a national recognition as “Rookie of the Year” and was flown to Coronado, California to receive this prestigious award.

A few years later, Chris decided to become a Class A Contractor to better understand the potential repairs needed in a home, once again setting himself apart from other Realtors, and allowing him to better serve his clients needs. With the 2020 pandemic, Chris found a niche in that was needed to be meet in our market. Thus, creating Sell Made Simple. By giving sellers a choice to receive a Sell Simple offer, Chris is better able to service the needs of all sellers.

Christie O’Malley’s passion for real estate began at the age of 19 when she started rehabbing properties with Chris O’Malley. She continued to rehab distressed properties while working on a Master’s degree in Education. She has successfully managed an Airbnb portfolio, maintaining a 5-star review, and manages the rental properties owned by Chris and Christie. In early 2022, she found her niche in marketing.

Even during her first few years as a 5th grade teacher for the Chesapeake Public School district, she found herself helping Chris on his real estate journey. Eventually, Christie left teaching to fully join Chris in managing their real estate transactions. Since Christie is not a licensed real estate agent, she focuses on marketing and building operation systems, forming a strong foundation for Sell Made Simple.
